Rachel's Top 10 Places To Meet Men
Here is my list for the top 10 places to meet men...
- Sports Bar - Grab a girlfriend, find a nice sports bar. If you go on a day there is a major sports event you're sure to meet lots of guys and have lots of fun: )
- Through friends - Ask some of your friends if they know any cute single guys. You will be surprised who your friends know.
- At the gym - Once you get your confidence and body up to par don't be scared to go in the weight room and work out with the fella's. There are a sea of men in these areas and lot's of times there are hardly any other woman around so the competition is less fierce. You can also act like the helpless victim and and ask that cute guy with the nice biceps to spot you during bench press. Work it!
- The water cooler/work - I am not one to say mix business with pleasure but a lot of people tend to meet that special someone in the work place. After 8 straight hours cooped up with someone at work 5 days a week, you sure could take this opportunity to get close to someone you like.
- Church - Looking for a good man that shares the same moral values as you? Then church is a real good starting point.
- Online - I realize a lot of people are skeptical about the online dating scene but do not underestimate it. I know a lot of woman who have found some really good men online. You may have to go through a few frogs before you find your prince but you can find him online if you are persistent enough. This has to be one of the best ways to meet men especially if you're not the social butterfly.
- Get a new hobby - So you always wanted to take that salsa class but never did, well what's stopping you?? Join a group, club or take up a new hobby. You are sure to meet some interesting men with like minds.
- The market/store - I had to put this one up here only because this seems to be the place I always meet men. I do not know if I am supermarket bait or what but every time I go to the store I seem to get approached by men. I think it's because I always make it a point to look cute every time I walk outside or go into public, you never know when you will bump into Mr. Right : )
- Political rally - Now with the presidential elections going on this is the perfect place/opportunity for you to meet someone who shares your same political views
- College - Go back to school, empower yourself and meet some smart guys in the process. There are loads of guys on campus you can meet.
But whatever you do when it comes to meeting men, be creative, be safe and more importantly have fun.

Water Therapy???
Ok, I am not a doctor so I cannot exactly confirm these findings but I found an interesting article about water therapy I thought I would share with you. This article claims by drinking 4 x 160 ml glasses of water first thing in the morning before you eat and brush your teeth, you can cure several diseases from high blood pressure to cancer. I love this tool, especially on them days when I get to bed late and fear I will not get up on time and hear the alarm. I seem to always wake up when I hear the phone, so this is extra back up. Dear Rachel...
What to do with cheating husband...?
I found out last night that my husband (he was my fiance when he cheated) had cheated on me right before we got married. From what it seems it was sort of a "last fling" thing. It was with a girl he didn't really know that i don't know, and it was only once and just sex. Absolutely nothing else and he says he is most def done and it was a mistake. Blah Blah normal crap. I'm not all that upset about it.... but i am not sure how i should handle it really. We have been completely happy and everything has been fine since. But I'm just not sure... any advice or suggestions to help us move on would be appreciated.
We have been married for a month. It happened about a month and a half ago. And the reason i found out is because he is an idiot and doesnt clean up well. I should mention, before we started dating. He was my bestfriend for about 4 years. Strictly friendship nothing else, and he was never like that before. He has never cheated before. I think i am not severly upset because he is one of those "the gress is green" kind of guys and i think that now that he see's it is not... that there is nothing to worry about. However he is on a short leash at this point and i have all access to everything.
Well I must admit, this is not a good sign, him cheating right before the wedding. This could be a good indicator of how the marriage may end up, based on lies and deceit. I feel if you would not have caught him he would have hid it from you, but because you caught him, he had no choice but to confess. But overall, I feel that he too was trying to get his little fun out before he settled down with you. Since this marriage is so young and since you seem to be forgiving, I would give him another chance, but I would keep a very close eye on him. I am sure if he messes up again, you will catch him since he is so sloppy at hiding the evidence. So give him a chance, but if he messes up again as a married man, then you both need to get some counseling or reconsider the marriage.
